Refund Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current French legislation, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product or conclusion of the contract to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

2. Exclusions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period with your express agreement and explicit waiver of this right.

Likewise, it is excluded for personalized products, digital content not provided on a physical medium, or travel services as soon as the service begins (e.g.: plane tickets, hotel reservations).

3. Reimbursement terms

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of your request or proof of return of the product.
Only the amount actually paid will be refunded, excluding delivery costs and non-refundable VAT.
No refunds will be given in the event of non-compliance with the above conditions.
